• Learner Lessons  - 48 hours notice is required to cancel or change a lesson or a  2 hour charge will apply

• Due to the Data Protection Act we cannot give out your data to anyone else so the only people we can allow in the training car are your parents/ friends over 16 years, Examiners and other PDI's or ADI's with your permission. Any other adult MUST have been cleared and have a DBS check and have permission from you and your instructor. If you would like to share a lesson with a friend and you are both under 18 you will need written permission from a parent or guardian. 

• Alastair has the right to withdraw the use of his car at any time if he feels you would endanger other road users or the examiner

PDI/ADI Training

• ​

• 96 Hours notice is required for PDI training sessions. 14 days notice is required for all full day or weekly courses.

• For ADI/ORDIT Courses we need to arrange a PDI for you to use therefore we require 7 working days notice & the session is payable on booking. PDI full training courses must be completed within 12 months. Other training sessions 3/6/10 hours must be paid for when booked and training taken within 6 months. 

• All training courses are from Poole or Southampton to be arranged. If you want Jeni to travel to your area there is a additional travel charge starting from £75.00 depending on the area. Please contact Jeni for more information. weekly courses are available in your area for an additional cost. 

• Jeni has an in car camera and is registered with the ICO 

• If you are unable to complete your ADI training course (PDI full 42 hour course) due to ill health and you are NOT going to be able to become an ADI or go onto the DVSA register you can either opt to postpone the training or ask for a refund. If the course has been started we will refund you 50% of the remaining hours costed out at £55 an hour for any training taken. For all other courses you may postpone the course or ask for a refund. If you book a day or weekly course we cannot refund within 14 days. In the event of death a full refund of any remaining hours will be offered to next of kin.

• If Jeni does not turn up she will give you a free lesson ! Unless she has been in an RTC or is in hospital and is unable to contact you.

• We promise to keep your personal data safe and not publish your photo/name/address on any media site unless you ask us to do so and we have an email from you giving us permission. 

• If we are going to be late you will be notified by text before the lesson start time.

• If you are unhappy with the learner lesson for any reason and do not feel learning has occurred please let Jeni know and the lesson fee will be refunded. (NO quibble guarantee)  You MUST inform us BEFORE the next lesson / training session and CANNOT be done retrospectively at a later date.

• Jeni will offer you a choice of how you would like to learn and will conduct the lesson in a professional and calm manner at all times with your safety her priority

• You are welcome to have a parent or friend accompany your lesson they must be over the age of 16

• If Jeni feels you would benefit from a change of instructor or automatic tuition she will discuss this with you & or parents and assist you with the transfer.

• All lessons must be paid for on the day by cash or bacs - we do NOT offer credit 

• Pass Plus must be paid for in full when booked and a 72 hours cancellation will apply 

• Use of the car for the driving test is £110.00 for Ab Fab pupils and £150.00 for non Ab fab pupils and this must be paid for in advance. A 2 hours driving assessment is required for ALL non Ab Fab pupils

• Jeni can arrange for a reader for your theory test and can book a SN practical test if you have a diverse ability and need extra time or assistance.

• Jeni is very happy to sit in the back of your test or you can bring someone else if you wish a parent of relative - Your test - Your choice 

• Jeni will ensure the car provided has insurance and is roadworthy 

• If the pick up or drop off address is different please ask Jeni 48 hours before your lesson as this may not be convenient for the next lesson

• The lesson will be cancelled and charged at the full rate if Jeni thinks or knows that you have been drinking or taking drugs

• Jeni will ONLY provide you with a car for your test if you have had the required lessons and can drive unaided . Email/Text her FIRST before booking if you wish to use her car 

• Jeni has the right to withdraw the use of her car at any time if she feels you would endanger other road users or the examiner

• And lastly if you would like Jeni to arrange a mock test with another instructor please ask the cost is £35 payable to the other instructor.
